Tournament Format:
(Unless Specified) 2 pool play games and all teams advance to a single - elimination bracket.
Awards:
(Unless Specified) 1st & 2nd Place Individual Awards and Divisional single MVP Player Award.
Pool Play Guidelines:
ALL WCS TOURNAMENTS: THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL DETERMINE THE TEAM SEEDING FOR ELIMINATION BRACKETS.
1. Win-Loss record.
2. Head to Head - With only 2 teams tied.
3. Fewest runs allowed in pool play.
4. Highest run differential - With a maximum run differential of 10 runs per game.
5. Runs scored in pool play.
6. Coin Flip
Refund Policy
The following Tournament Refund Policy is designed to be fair and equitable for both the tournament and the participating teams. The event host incurs prior tournament expenses which cannot be recovered or returned, such as tournament awards, advertising, field rental fees and other miscellaneous expenses.
The entry fee is NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THE DEADLINE ENTRY DATE LISTED AT CHECKOUT, for any reason, which includes not enough players, etc.
Money orders or certified checks must be made payable to WBSA. Credit Card payments will be accepted online.
There is a chance this tournament could be rained out. Please be aware that 10% of the entry fee will be kept to cover administrative costs if the tournament is cancelled. Teams that play one game will receive a 50% refund, and teams that play two or more games will not receive a refund. In the event of a complete rainout, teams will be given the option to transfer their entry to another WCS event or receive a refund less a $50 administration fee.
